Summer Camp Scholarship Application

ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS STARTING MARCH 1, 2026, AND ONGOING BASED ON FUNDING AVAILABILITY.

HALOS Families may request scholarships of up to $350/kinship child for summer camps and other summer learning opportunities verified by HALOS staff.

Scholarships are limited to kinship children aged 5-15, not biological children.

You must complete a separate application for each eligible kinship child.

IF YOU LIVE IN THE CITY OF NORTH CHARLESTON, WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE CITY OF NORTH CHARLESTON'S CAMPS! You must live in North Charleston.

​Limited spots available at each location: Felix Pinckney Community Center, Gethsemani Community Center, Dorothy King Williams Community Center (Formerly known as Highland Terrace), Northwoods Park Community Center, and Perry Webb Community Center.
