Located on a quiet street, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home enjoys panoramic views of Turtle Point golf course and is just a ten minute walk to Kiawah Island's beautiful beach. The expansive screened porch offers a lovely place to relax, dine al fresco, and enjoy panoramic fairway views. Open to the great room, the fully equipped kitchen features a large marble-topped island with gas cooktop and elevated bar height seating.
The second floor master suite has vaulted ceilings, a large closet, and access outside to a private covered porch with overlooking the golf course. Three additional bedrooms--one upstairs, and two downstairs--offer privacy and every comfort.

The winner will arrange a mutually agreeable week in calendar year 2024 with the homeowner. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The drawing will be held on July 27, 2021 at 1:00pm. The winner will be notified by e-mail; homeowner's contact information will be provided so winner can arrange a mutually agreeable week's stay between August 16 and October 31, 2021.

Raffle proceeds will support HALOS' mission "to promote safe and nurturing homes for children in kinship care."

You must be a South Carolina resident to enter. Raffle tickets are $100/each. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
